Juris Doctorate (JD), LLM, or Master’s in Accounting or Taxation may substitute a Bachelor's Degree. CPA, Bar membership, or other relevant credentials are advantageous. Preferred Qualifications Juris Doctorate preferred. Proficiency in tax consulting, planning, transaction structuring, financial modeling, and leading technical teams. Experience in business development, automation, and data analysis.
