Daily Responsibilities

Start Your Day Right

• Arrive at the office at 7:30 AM daily
• Fully prep your truck with all necessary equipment
• Wear proper footwear and company uniform

On the Job

• Clean customers' glass, frames, and screens to perfection
• Use appropriate solutions to complete jobs thoroughly
• Communicate with customers about any service issues
• Walk customers through completed work to ensure satisfaction
• Take photos of finished jobs and submit to customer profiles
• Collect payment from customers after each job
• Move efficiently through jobs while maintaining high quality
• Be careful and mindful of customers' belongings (furniture, plants, outdoor lighting, etc.)
• Always utilize safety measures and follow safety instructions

End of Day

• Clear truck of trash, used materials, and equipment
• Restock equipment for the next day
• Clean and organize your unit for easy access

Additional Responsibilities

• Lead and check quality of work when working with team members
• Every Monday, reset trucks and ensure all equipment is prepped
• Attend company calls and meetings, even on non-working days
