Job Description

Our client in Clear Lake, is seeking a 3rd Shift Coating Operator to join their team. The ideal candidate will have attention to detail, strong mechanical aptitude, and the ability to follow precise instructions, which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: Machine Operator

Location: Clear Lake, WI

Pay Range: $20/hr

Shift: 3rd, 8p-6a (Mon-Thurs)

What's the Job?

• Operate parylene deposition systems to coat customer-supplied parts according to specifications.
• Operate equipment such as vacuum ovens, plasma etchers, tumble coaters, and other related machinery.
• Perform light maintenance and refurbishing on equipment to ensure optimal performance.
• Prepare job traveler sheets, coordinate processing tasks, and complete all required documentation.
• Monitor process equipment during runs, verify coating thickness, and maintain records of operations and maintenance.

What's Needed?

• High school diploma or GED equivalent.
• Proven mechanical ability and/or previous machine operator experience.
• Ability to read, write, and follow written or verbal instructions effectively.
• Ability to read measurements on tools involved in the coating process accurately.
• High manual dexterity and hand-to-eye coordination.
