Staff Accountant – Philadelphia (3 days onsite) to $80K + BONUS

Staff Accountant for a high-impact, growth-oriented role with a robust accounting and finance team in Philadelphia on a hybrid schedule. Support Month end close, G/L, financial analysis, annual audits and more.

Staff Accountant – Responsibilities

• Conduct monthly reconciliations and maintain accuracy of assigned general ledger accounts
• Manage general ledger activities and support financial reporting and analysis, including financial statements
• Utilize financial concepts for planning, analysis, and implementing effective controls
• Apply creative problem-solving to address complex accounting issues.
• Contribute to special projects
• Support annual audit processes, including interim and year-end testing and handling audit requests

Staff Accountant – Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting or finance (or related field)
• CPA track or aspirations preferred for career progression & advancement aspirations
• ERP software experience + 3 years accounting experience
