If you’re passionate about guiding clients through some of the most difficult times in their lives, we want to hear from you.The ideal candidate will:Have extensive experience preparing legal documents related to divorce, spousal and child support, custody and visitation, and property division.Be skilled in managing complex cases involving domestic violence, child custody disputes, and allegations of abuse.Demonstrate a proven track record of success in both litigation and settlement negotiations.If you're ready to take the next step in your legal career while working closer to home and earning a competitive salary, apply today.Compensation:$200,000 - $275,000 DOE plus BonusesResponsibilities:Work closely with paralegals and senior partners to ensure swift action through the civil litigation process Ensure clients are effectively represented at court hearings as needed Advocate on behalf of clients by understanding their needs, effectively analyzing the situation and forming a strategy for a plan of action Manage the division of marital assets, including real estate, during divorce proceedings when needed Keep client files properly organized and up to date Draft pleadings, motions, contracts, marital settlement agreements, judgements, and orders for a high volume of cases Qualifications:Excellent communication and negotiation skills, especially in highly stressful and emotional situations Ability to successfully represent both plaintiff and defendant sides of a case Member in good standing and actively involved with the ABA (American Bar Association) About CompanyClients are the core of our service-based business.
