This is a Contract to permanent position where you'll play a key role in maintaining accurate financial records and supporting essential accounting functions. Responsibilities: • Maintain precise and up-to-date financial records to ensure accuracy in accounting processes. • Process payroll transactions and manage associated entries efficiently. • Handle vendor payments and support accounts payable and accounts receivable tasks. • Assist with audits and month-end closings by preparing necessary documentation. • Utilize NetSuite to manage accounting activities and streamline operations. • Collaborate with senior team members to execute special projects and improve workflows. • Ensure compliance and diligence in all financial transactions and reporting. • Reconcile accounts and prepare journal entries as needed. • Contribute to general ledger management and ensure proper documentation of entries.• Minimum of 1–2 years of experience in accounting or related roles. • Basic understanding of accounting principles and practices. • Ability to effectively manage payroll, vendor transactions, and reconciliations. • Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy. • Familiarity with NetSuite or similar accounting systems is preferred. • Proficiency in accounts payable (AP) and accounts receivable (AR) processes. • Excellent communication and organizational skills. • Desire to learn, grow, and contribute within a team-oriented environment.6b250ea6-cee3-481d-915c-f7283f1b2f1b
