Halex, a leading reclamation company, is seeking an experienced Civil Engineer for a new project located at Tuas South Boulevard. The project will run from July to November 2025 on a night shift schedule. Upon successful completion, the Civil Engineer will be reassigned to other projects with standard day shift hours. Website: Job Description & Requirements Responsibilities: Responsible for planning and execution of projects in accordance to the drawings and schedule. Supervise and coordinate site activities to achieve daily work schedules and to ensure compliance with project requirements. Liaise with clients, suppliers, and government authorities on project related issues. Attend site meetings. Ensure quality of works is achieved and safety regulations are complied with. Requirements: Degree in Civil Engineering. Experience in dredging, reclamation, or marine engineering industry is an added advantage. Proficient in Autocad and Microsoft Office. Possess supervisory skills. Independent, diligent and highly motivated. Able to communicate with people from all levels. A self-starter and achiever with the ability to solve problems and meet project datelines and customer requirements. At least 3 years of experience in Singapore.
