Salary: $114,080 - 218,030 per year Requirements:

• A Bachelor's Degree or an equivalent of 4 additional years of experience beyond the minimum requirement may be considered in lieu of a degree.
• At least 6 years of software development experience demonstrating a strong technical understanding in specific disciplines/technologies.
• A minimum of 4 years of experience delivering technology solutions across all phases of the software systems and application development lifecycle, including leading code/design reviews.
• Basic understanding of one or more programming languages, such as Java, Swift, Objective-C, Cobol, JavaScript, Kotlin, C++, HTML, CSS, SQL, Go, and Python.
• Proven ability to research technical issues and generate innovative solutions.
• Experience in addressing production issues through troubleshooting applications and systems.
• Demonstrated ability to articulate technical challenges and their solutions.
• A solid understanding of secure coding practices and system fundamentals.
• Experience working with cloud technologies and tools.

Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, code, and test sophisticated tactical and strategic technological solutions across various platforms to integrate existing systems and tools, collaborating with Engineers or Architects within your team or occasionally beyond.
• Lead code/design reviews and communicate updates to stakeholders to ensure seamless daily operations and accurate planning.
• Create complex algorithms to fulfill business requirements.
• Investigate and resolve intricate application and system problems, directing troubleshooting for comprehensive solutions.
• Mentor and coach engineers on the design, development, and maintenance of systems; review their code.
• Influence and help shape the future of your domain's architecture and quality standards, understanding and measuring these across the entire solution.
• Identify system performance issues, including technical debt, and optimize solutions accordingly.
• Ensure risks associated with business activities are effectively identified, measured, monitored, and managed in line with risk and compliance policies and procedures.
