We are seeking a **tech-savvy and detail-oriented Virtual Assistant** with hands-on experience using the **GoHighLevel (GHL)** platform. This role involves managing CRM automations, building funnels, setting up campaigns, and supporting the day-to-day operations of digital marketing systems. The ideal candidate should have a solid grasp of sales pipelines, automation workflows, and digital campaign tracking within GoHighLevel.
### **Key Responsibilities:**
* Set up and manage **funnels, landing pages, calendars, and forms** using GoHighLevel’s drag-and-drop builder
* Create, edit, and optimize **email and SMS marketing campaigns**
* Manage and automate **CRM workflows** (e.g., tagging, pipelines, triggers, opportunities)
* Configure and monitor **appointment scheduling systems** and follow-up sequences
* Build and maintain **automated workflows** (e.g., lead nurturing, onboarding, re-engagement)
* Assist in creating and duplicating **Snapshots** for new client onboarding
* Set up integrations with **third-party tools** like Stripe, Zapier, Facebook, and Google Ads
* Troubleshoot issues related to GHL forms, triggers, and automations
* Generate and interpret **reporting dashboards** and performance metrics
* Maintain CRM hygiene by cleaning lists, updating contacts, and ensuring data integrity
* Communicate with clients/team members to gather information and deliver updates
### **Required Skills & Qualifications:**
* Proven experience using **GoHighLevel (required)**
* Working knowledge of **funnels, automations, and CRM pipelines**
* Basic design/editing skills using **Canva**, **Figma**, or similar
* Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple client accounts
* Familiarity with **Zapier**, **Google Workspace**, and **calendar scheduling** tools
* Attention to detail and ability to follow SOPs and workflows accurately
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills
* Proficient in task management tools like **Trello**, **Asana**, or **ClickUp**
### **Preferred Qualifications:**
* Experience with **email marketing strategy** and copywriting
* Understanding of **Facebook/Google Ads integrations** inside GHL
* Knowledge of **lead generation** and **sales funnel strategy**
* Prior experience supporting **digital marketing agencies or coaches/consultants**
