TriState Water, Power & Air Provided Pay Range

This range is provided by TriState Water, Power & Air. Your actual pay will be based on your skills and experience talk with your recruiter to learn more.

Base Pay Range

$125,000.00 per year $150,000.00 per year

What Youll Do

• Lead with Vision : Develop and execute strategies that keep TriState ahead of the curve. Set goals, drive accountability, and ensure the branch consistently hits performance targets.
• Run WorldClass Operations : Oversee daily operations and service delivery. Track KPIs, finetune processes, and make datadriven decisions to enhance efficiency and profitability.
• Own the Numbers : Manage budgets, financial reporting, and profitability. Make smart, strategic choices that balance growth with financial health.
• Build and Inspire a Winning Team : Recruit, coach, and empower employees to reach their full potential. Shape a positive culture centered on collaboration, excellence, and professional development.
• Champion the Customer Experience : Ensure every customer interaction reflects our commitment to quality and care. Address concerns quickly, implement improvements, and cultivate lasting customer loyalty.
• Stay Compliant and Competitive : Keep operations aligned with local, state, and industry regulations while identifying opportunities to strengthen compliance and operational best practices.

What You Bring

• Bachelors degree in Business Administration or related field (preferred), or equivalent experience.
• 5+ years of leadership experience in home services, construction, or a related industry.
• Strong understanding of electrical and plumbing systems and relevant regulatory requirements.
• Proven ability to manage budgets, drive profitability, and deliver operational excellence.
• A handson, solutionoriented leadership style that brings out the best in your team.
• Excellent communication, organization, and timemanagement skills.
• Working knowledge of employment law (EEO, ADA, etc.) and HR best practices.
• Techsavvy mindset with the ability to quickly learn internal systems and reporting tools.
