Job Description

Our client, a leader in the electronics manufacturing industry, is seeking a dedicated Electronic Assembler to join their team. As an Electronic Assembler, you will be part of the production support team, contributing to the creation of high-quality electronic products. The ideal candidate will demonstrate attention to detail, strong teamwork skills, and a proactive attitude, which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: Electronic Assembler

Location: Richmond, VA

Pay Range: $19

Shift: First and Second shifts available (7AM-3:30PM and 3PM-11:30PM)

What's the Job?

• Assemble electronic products following detailed engineering documents and specifications.
• Operate computer systems to check schedules and update manufacturing statuses.
• Perform operator-based Go-No Go testing according to established procedures.
• Monitor the quality of parts used in the assembly process to ensure standards are met.
• Assist in training new team members and resolve inquiries or issues promptly.

What's Needed?

• High School diploma or equivalent.
• Up to 2 years of relevant experience in assembly or manufacturing.
• Ability to follow detailed instructions and work effectively in a team environment.
• Strong attention to detail and quality standards.
• Willingness to work flexible shifts, including evenings.
