Insight Global is seeking a Mid-Level Aircraft Test and Maintenance Technician responsible for performing flight test installations and aircraft functional testing. This role involves assisting with troubleshooting pneumatic, hydraulic, electrical, and avionics systems to isolate and repair mechanical and/or electrical/electronic faults. The technician will assist with pre-flight and post-flight checks, perform maintenance and modification actions, and resolve identified problems during the operation and testing of deliverable products. This is a mid-level position, and training will be provided to help you develop your skills in aircraft testing and maintenance.

Required Skills & Experience

• 7 years hands-on experience in aviation and aircraft systems.
• Ability to read and interpret basic technical documents.
• Ability to work 1st, 2nd, or 3rd shift.
• Good manual dexterity and hand-eye coordination.
• Basic understanding of tools and mechanical processes.
• Strong work ethic and willingness to learn.

Compensation:

$33.75/hr
