Central Stone Company has an immediate full-time opening for 2nd Shift Pit Loader Operator at our Fort Belle (Florissant, MO) location. This position, through the Operators 513 Union, typically works 4:00pm to 2am, Monday through Friday – with frequent Saturdays depending on peak season needs. Major Pit Loader Operator responsibilities include: Follow all safety and environmental rules, regulations and procedures as set forth by company policies and MSHA Operate large scale (17 CY bucket) front end loader that feeds crusher mill. Operate and monitor all equipment and production area safely and efficiently Perform preventive maintenance and pre-shift inspections; repair and/or clean equipment as needed Communicate with plant management team on all safety, maintenance, and production needs Perform other tasks as assigned by supervisor Pit Loader Operator candidate requirements: Safety-Focused Driven to provide excellent customer service Strong mechanical aptitude 3 years of experience operating large scale front end loader or large scale heavy equipment Ability to perform duties in all weather conditions Self-motivated with a solid work ethic This is a great time to join our team.
