Energy Medicine involves clearing your energy field and restoring your authentic connection to divine source creator. This session will allow you to safely release negativity, excess energy that does not belong to you, possible entity attachments and limiting beliefs. Energy Medicine sessions will help you reconnect, re-balance and re-pair your energy field. This involves a combination of energy healing, sound healing and vocal affirmations.

Creating Art allows you to dive deep into your subconscious, and express in a way beyond words. By giving yourself persmission to open up to your creativity through art, a doorway is open. The cathartic feeling while creating art is due to the release of trapped energy through your fingertips. You do not need to be an artist to experience the therapuetic effects of creating art.  Follow along painting classes are available, called “Island Style Sip N’ Paint” as well as Creative Immersions that can be booked as a group or individually after a JourneyWork session. 

Journey Work Exploration is a guided Shamanic meditation practice facilitated to help you discover answers and totems that may assist you on your personal journey and help you overcome obstacles. Journey Work can help you discover where healing might be needed in your life as well as identifying where parts of yourself have been fragemented or lost. Soul Retrivals can mend fragmented aspects of the soul and this service can be recieved upon request as an additional service as well as Energy Medicine sessions, Quantum Inner Child Healing, or Creative Immersions. This type of energy work does not involve psychadelics or plant medicine and is experienced purely through the 3rd eye in a relaxed theta state.

Quantum Healing is a form of healing that involves Energy Medicine in combination with what I call “Timeline Resolution”.  So many of us, if not all of us have expereinced trauma through out life, especially childhood trauma that we have pushed out of our memory. That trauma effects us on a subconscious level and limits our ability to live a truly happy and enriched life that is sustained through challenging times. By finding the source of the intial trauma, and re-visiting that moment in time through guided meditation, one can heal trauma and ultimately rewrite the future by dissolving that wound and it’s effect on your current life.
