Job Overview
The PCX Welder II
All work adheres to engineering and quality specifications and is performed according to PCX safety standards.
Specific Position Requirements: \n - Must follow PCX safety guidelines and requirements
\n - Fabricates, and repairs metal and other weldable material by applying appropriate welding techniques.
\n - Interprets blueprints, specifications, diagrams, or schematics to determine appropriate welding process with minimal supervision.
\n - Welder II inspects completed welds to determine structural soundness.
\n - Welder II may prepare the materials and set up for a welding device or robot.
\n - May be required to complete an apprenticeship and/or formal training in an area of specialty.

What will help you thrive in this role?\n - High School diploma (or equivalence) preferred.
\n - Works independently within established procedures associated with the specific job function.
\n - Able to lift 50# consistently.

\n - Ability to work 10 hours or more per day and weekends as required.
\n - Must be 2G certified, obtain OSHA 10 certification, and be recommended by their supervisor for promotion
\n - requires 5-8 years of related experience.
