Job Description

Our client, a leader in the Industrial sector, is seeking a Security Candidate to work the Guard Shack at a large Manufacturer in Green Bay!

Job Title: Security Officer

Location: Green Bay, WI

Pay Range: $18/hour

Shift: Working every Friday, Saturday, Sunday, and Monday
2nd Shift: 4:00pm-Midnight
3rd Shift: Midnight-8:00am

What's the Job?

Monitor and patrol assigned areas to ensure safety and security.
Conduct regular inspections of premises and report any irregularities.
Respond promptly to incidents and emergencies as they arise.
Maintain accurate records of daily activities and incidents.
Provide excellent customer service and assistance to visitors and employees.

What's Needed?

Must have a valid driver's license.
Strong observational skills and attention to detail.
Ability to handle stressful situations calmly and effectively.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
No prior experience required; we welcome entry-level candidates.
