Warehouse Laborer – Entry-Level | 1st Shift | Napoleon, OH

Location: 1165 Independence Dr, Napoleon, OH 43545

Schedule: Monday–Friday | Start Time: 7:00 AM | Overtime Available
Pay : $14.25/hour | Weekly Pay through PRT Staffing
Status: Full-Time | Entry-Level | Temp-to-Hire Potential

About the Role:

Join a fast-paced warehouse team supporting essential food repack operations. This is a hands-on role in a refrigerated environment, where you'll help prepare and repackage products for distribution. No experience is required — all training is provided on-site.

Whether you’re looking to start fresh, get back into the workforce, or earn consistent hours in a reliable setting, this role could be the perfect fit.

Job Highlights:

• Work in refrigerated conditions (40–45&degree;F) — cold-weather gear provided
• Assist with repacking raw protein products (raw meat handling)
• Light- and heavy-duty tasks available:
• Most tasks require basic packing and moving
• About 15–30% of roles require lifting up to 60 lbs
• Entry-level friendly — full training provided onsite
• Multilingual-friendly environment — Spanish and Haitian Creole speakers welcome
• Work boots required initially — company will provide upgraded waterproof pair after a few weeks

You’re a Strong Fit If You:

• Can reliably show up Monday–Friday at 7:00 AM
• Are comfortable working in cold conditions and on your feet
• Can follow safety rules and work as part of a team
• Are open to performing repetitive tasks or physically demanding work
• Have basic reliability — no experience required!
• Have a clean background and drug screen (standard requirements apply)
• Can lift up to 60 lbs (if interested in heavy-lift roles — optional)

Peak Season Perks:

• September to January is peak season — expect steady hours & possible overtime

• Some overtime may be required based on customer needs

Due to the rural location, reliable personal transportation is strongly recommended.
