Pay: $29.34 - $32.54 per hour
Key Responsibilities - Perform general administrative tasks such as data entry, file management, and scheduling meetings
- Monitor and respond to emails, phone calls, and other forms of communication in a timely manner
- Compile and organize documentation, reports, and other materials
- Assist with social media management and help maintain our online presence
- Conduct research on various topics and present findings to the team
- Make travel arrangements and coordinate logistics for team members
- Create and maintain databases and spreadsheets
- Support team members in completing various projects and assignments
Qualifications - High school diploma or equivalent
- Proven experience as a Virtual Assistant or similar role
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and Google Suite
- Familiarity with social media platforms
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Detail-oriented and able to multitask effectively
- Ability to work independently and manage priorities
