Key Responsibilities
Oversee daily operations of your assigned clinic, ensuring both efficiency and exceptional standards of care
Recruit, train, and mentor veterinarians, technicians, and support staff to foster a collaborative, high‑performing team
Monitor financial and clinical performance metrics, partnering with regional directors on budgets and growth plans
Champion VU’s culture through team meetings, recognition programs, and community engagement initiatives
What We’re Looking For
DVM or equivalent degree plus proven leadership experience in a veterinary or related healthcare setting
Strong interpersonal skills and a talent for coaching and developing staff
Excellent organizational and problem‑solving abilities, with a focus on continuous improvement
