Position Summary As the Associate Creative Director reporting to the Creative Director, Fashion, you will lead the creative ideation and execution of seasonal fashion initiatives and campaigns. Your role involves developing innovative, insight-driven concepts, setting standards for modern and compelling fashion campaigns, and overseeing graphic design application in post-production. The ideal candidate combines leadership skills with hands-on creative expertise, with experience in both in-house and agency environments, and a talent for visual storytelling, organization, agility, and accuracy. What you'll do Best-in-Class Work: Develop strategic ideas that enhance KPIs around brand awareness, engagement, and loyalty, responding to creative briefs with critical thinking. Campaign Leadership: Lead the design and execution of seasonal fashion campaigns, managing a team responsible for creating modern visual worlds, scripting, and collaborating with production teams for casting, shoots, and post-production to ensure high-quality asset delivery. Market Awareness: Stay updated on industry trends, consumer preferences, and competitive landscapes to inform creative strategies. Brand Consistency: Maintain brand consistency across all creative materials throughout the consumer funnel. Team Development: Mentor and grow the creative team, fostering an environment of optimism and excellence. Client Relations: Build and sustain relationships with internal teams like marketing, fashion, and editorial to support business growth. Qualifications Proven experience as an Associate Creative Director or similar role in the fashion retail industry. Strong portfolio demonstrating a range of 360-degree creative projects at various levels. Excellent leadership and team management skills. Deep understanding of fashion trends and consumer behavior. Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, Google Slides, PowerPoint, Figma, Microsoft Office 365, and Slack. Minimum of 10 years of experience in a creative role, with a preference for both agency and in-house experience. Bachelor’s degree in Design, Marketing, or a related field.
