SEEKING COMMERCIAL PAINT PROJECT MANAGER/ESTIMATOR

I am working with a well-respected, firmly established Commercial Paint Contractor seeking an experienced Project Manager/Estimator. This is an exciting opportunity to become a part of a quickly growing team of dedicated professionals.
I am looking for a sales-minded leader in the Commercial Paint industry ready to manage a motivated team. Commercial Paint Project Manager OR Estimator Experience Required. If you have the right background and are self-motivated, I would love to speak with you about this position in more detail.
Job Duties & Responsibilities:
Promote company services to General Contractors and property managers
Bid commercial/light industrial painting projects exceeding $500K
Provide leadership to project teams
Be a hands-on and reliable leader
Position Qualifications: 5+ years as a Commercial Paint Estimator with a Union Paint Subcontractor
Ability to understand and present products and services
Planswift or similar software proficiency
Specific experience in commercial painting required
Must have the ability to utilize technology to enhance client service
