Join Pride Health as a Travel Coordinator/Representative at Lenexa, KS! This is a 6 months contract role offering a great opportunity for experience to excel in a dynamic environment.

Role: Travel Coordinator/Representative

Location: Lenexa, KS 66219

Shift Schedule: Monday – Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM CST

Hours per Week: 40 hours

Start Date: ASAP

Pay Highlights: $18-22/hour (Based on years of experience)

Key Responsibilities:

Travel Coordination & Booking

  • Book and manage all contractor travel (airfare, hotels, transportation) using third-party vendor sites.
  • Deliver detailed travel itineraries via email to contractors.
  • Handle changes, addendums, cancellations, and refunds.
  • Enforce travel guidelines, corporate flight agreements, and budget standards.
  • Partner with corporate vendors (e.g., Hertz, Avis) for services.

Financial & Record Management

  • Utilize corporate credit card for purchases; maintain accurate transaction records.
  • Keep master tracking grid updated for month-end reconciliation.
  • Assist with invoicing and budget reconciliation in coordination with Program Management.

Field & Contractor Support

  • Answer questions regarding assignments, scheduling, and portal access.
  • Support Event Specialist team in scheduling and assigning contractors to clinics.
  • Take after-hours calls for travel escalations or urgent fixes when required.
  • Participate in staffing team projects and seasonal assignments as needed.

Qualifications:

Education: Bachelor’s degree preferred (or equivalent experience).

Experience:

1–3 years of relevant experience.

Prior experience in corporate travel coordination or booking strongly preferred.

Note: Local candidates within 30 miles are eligible.
