Trade Operations Associate Palo Alto
A successful investment management firm located in Palo Alto is seeking a Trade Operations Associate to join their growing team. The firm is looking for a detail-oriented and highly organized operations analyst to support securities transactions, cash movements, and investment reporting. This position offers a hybrid schedule, a base salary of up to $110,000 plus bonus, and excellent benefits.
Key Responsibilities:
- Facilitate and reconcile securities transactions and settlements
- Manage cash flows, including forecasting and internal fund movements
- Prepare investment reports, dashboards, and ad-hoc analyses
- Ensure data integrity and compliance with internal policies and external regulations
- Serve as a liaison with brokers, custodians, and internal stakeholders
- Support change management and project initiatives
Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree with at least 2 years of relevant experience
- Strong Excel skills required
- Knowledge of equity, fixed income, and complex securities; Bloomberg experience is a plus
- Excellent attention to detail, organizational, and communication skills
