Trade Operations Associate Palo Alto

A successful investment management firm located in Palo Alto is seeking a Trade Operations Associate to join their growing team. The firm is looking for a detail-oriented and highly organized operations analyst to support securities transactions, cash movements, and investment reporting. This position offers a hybrid schedule, a base salary of up to $110,000 plus bonus, and excellent benefits.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Facilitate and reconcile securities transactions and settlements
2. Manage cash flows, including forecasting and internal fund movements
3. Prepare investment reports, dashboards, and ad-hoc analyses
4. Ensure data integrity and compliance with internal policies and external regulations
5. Serve as a liaison with brokers, custodians, and internal stakeholders
6. Support change management and project initiatives

Qualifications:

1. Bachelors degree with at least 2 years of relevant experience
2. Strong Excel skills required
3. Knowledge of equity, fixed income, and complex securities; Bloomberg experience is a plus
4. Excellent attention to detail, organizational, and communication skills
