Salary: $15 - $19 Job titles: Tire Technician Job Summary: As a Tire Technician, you will be responsible for the installation, repair, and maintenance of tires on various vehicles. Your role involves inspecting tires for wear and damage, performing tire balancing and alignment, and ensuring all safety standards are met. You will work closely with customers to provide exceptional service and contribute to the overall efficiency of our operations. Key Responsibilities: Tire Installation & Removal : Mount and dismount tires on vehicles, ensuring proper installation and balancing. Use appropriate tools and equipment to perform these tasks efficiently. Tire Repair: Diagnose and repair tire issues, including punctures, leaks, and uneven wear. Replace or repair damaged tires as needed. Inspection & Diagnosis : Conduct thorough inspections of tires and related components. Identify signs of wear, damage, or mechanical issues that may require attention. Balancing & Alignment : Perform wheel balancing and alignment to ensure smooth vehicle operation and extend tire life. Use specialized equipment to achieve precise results. Customer Service : Interact with customers to understand their needs, provide recommendations, and explain tire-related services. Address any concerns or questions they may have. Qualifications : Education : High school diploma or equivalent Experience : Previous experience as a Tire Technician or in a similar role preferred.
