As a Certified Preschool Teacher, you will play a vital role in shaping the educational journey of young children. We are seeking a P-3 Certified teacher (general education) to join us for this school year in one of our Cinnaminson Universal Pre-K (UPK) classrooms located at The Learning Experience, Riverton. We utilize the HighScope Curriculum and instill/maintain ECERS star ratings.

Responsibilities

Instructional Planning: Plan and implement age-appropriate educational activities and lessons tailored to the needs of each child.

Collaboration: Work closely with parents, teachers, and other professionals to create a supportive and inclusive learning environment.

Monitoring Progress: Regularly assess and monitor the progress of children, adjusting instructional strategies and interventions as needed.

Behavioral Management: Implement behavioral management techniques to address challenging behaviors and promote positive social skills.

Documentation: Maintain accurate records of student progress, behavior, and communication with parents and other team members.

Requirements

• Bachelor's or master's degree in Education Pre-K-3 or related field is REQUIRED.
• Certification REQUIRED: Possession of appropriate PreK-3 teaching certification and/or CEASE certificate .
• Experience working with young children in an educational setting is essential.
• Strong communication skills to effectively engage with students and parents.
• Patience and Empathy: Patience and empathy are essential qualities when working with young children who have diverse learning needs.
• Adaptability: The ability to adapt instructional strategies to meet the individual needs of each child.
• Teamwork: Ability to work collaboratively as part of a multidisciplinary team.
