About the Role

Our client is seeking an experienced Talent Acquisition Specialist to support high-volume recruiting for skilled trades in the electrical and mechanical sectors (commercial and industrial). In this role, you’ll develop sourcing strategies, manage full-cycle recruiting, and maintain a robust pipeline to meet current and future hiring needs.

What You’ll Do

• Source, screen, and recruit top talent in the electrical and mechanical trades
• Manage high-volume recruiting across multiple projects and locations
• Build and maintain a strong candidate pipeline for immediate and future needs
• Stay current on industry trends, salary benchmarks, and hiring practices
• Ensure compliance with all legal and company recruitment standards
• Partner with hiring managers to improve recruiting processes and outcomes
• Build lasting relationships with candidates and industry professionals

What We’re Looking For

• 5+ years of high-volume recruiting experience in mechanical/electrical trades (commercial & industrial)
• Prior agency recruiting experience required
• Based in or willing to relocate to Richmond, VA (with hybrid work flexibility)
• Strong organizational and time-management skills, with ability to juggle multiple priorities
• Proficiency with ATS systems, recruiting platforms, and social media sourcing
• Experience recruiting within construction or related industries highly preferred
