Position Overview

We are seeking skilled and reliable independent contractors to perform on-site stone restoration services for residential and commercial clients. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in stone restoration, their own tools, and preferably a work truck to transport equipment.

Responsibilities

• Perform stone polishing, honing, sealing, and repairs as needed
• Prepare workspaces and maintain cleanliness during and after service
• Communicate professionally with clients and internal team members
• Handle and transport equipment and materials safely
• Track time and job completion details accurately

Pay & Schedule

• Hourly Rate: $25–$40, based on experience, skillset, and leadership ability
• Opportunities for increased pay for those able to manage small teams
• Flexible scheduling based on project availability and location

Requirements

• Proven experience with natural stone restoration (marble, granite, limestone, etc.)
• Must have own tools and equipment required for the trade
• Ideal candidate has access to a work truck or suitable transportation
• Ability to lift and maneuver heavy equipment/materials
• Strong attention to detail and customer service mindset
• Legally eligible to work as an independent contractor in the U.S.
• Punctual, reliable, and self-motivated
