STIIIZY is seeking a motivated full-time Trimming Associate that wants to influence, inspire, innovate, win, and grow. Join our team of amazing individuals in one of the most rapidly growing industries in the country.

The ideal candidate demonstrates proficiency, organization, calmness and attention to detail in a fast-paced environment. This person is resourceful, works in accordance with regulatory requirements and company procedures to deliver the highest quality of product to our customers. This is an entry-level position that is best suited for focused candidates who are dedicated, self-driven, and team oriented.

Responsibilities Include:

\n

• Precise and dexterous trimming and manicuring of dry flower
• Accurate weighing and recording of dry trim weights
• Must maintain a clean and organized work environment
• Operate with integrity and adaptability
• Work closely with the team lead to ensure a smooth flow of processes
• Maintain safety and compliance standards

\n\n

Requirements:

\n

• Must be 21 years old or older to apply
• Must be able to obtain and retain a Registered Agent Card issued by the state
• Experience in a complex, fast-paced environment

\n\n

Physical Requirements:

\n

• Ability to lift up to 50 pound
• Ability to sit for long periods of time

Schedule:

• Fill-Time
• 8-hour shift
• Day shift
• Monday to Friday 7AM - 4 PM

Experience:

• Trimming: 1 year (Preferred)

Salary

$16 - $18 USD per hour
