Location : Pelham, NY

Duration : Full 2024–2025 School Year with option for renewal

Schedule : Full-time | Monday–Friday | 30 hours week/ 6 hour shifts

Role Type : Special Education Teacher & Case Manager

Age Group : Preschool & Early Elementary (dependent on placement)

What You’ll Do:

• Deliver individualized instruction aligned with each student’s IEP
• Serve as a case manager, coordinating services and maintaining documentation
• Collaborate with therapists, paraprofessionals, and families to support whole-child development
• Foster a classroom culture built on respect, inclusion, and trust
• Participate in team meetings and multidisciplinary planning sessions

What You’ll Need:

• NY State Certification in Special Education (Birth–Grade 2 or Grades 1–6), B-2 Certificate for student's with disabilities
• Experience working with children with developmental or intellectual disabilities
• Strong organizational skills and IEP case management experience
• A collaborative, compassionate mindset with a commitment to equity in education
