Sous Chef Responsibilities:

• Lead and supervise the culinary team during service
• Oversee food preparation, quality, and presentation
• Assist in menu development and execution, with a focus on Asian fusion and sushi
• Uphold health, safety, and sanitation standards
• Solve problems quickly and keep the kitchen running smoothly

Sous Chef Qualifications:

• Proven experience in a culinary leadership role, preferably as a Sous Chef
• Background in Asian fusion or sushi preparation is highly preferred
• Ability to coach, mentor, and inspire a team
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Passion for delivering excellence and consistency in every dish
