Salary: $114,080 - 218,030 per year Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree or 4 additional years of experience beyond the minimum requirement may be considered in lieu of a degree.
• A minimum of 6 years of software development experience, demonstrating a deep technical understanding within specific disciplines or technologies.
• At least 4 years of experience in delivering technology solutions throughout all phases of the software systems and application development lifecycle, including leading code/design reviews.
• Basic understanding of one or more of the following programming languages: Java, Swift, Objective-C, Cobol, JavaScript, Kotlin, C++, HTML, CSS, SQL, Go, and Python.
• Proven experience in researching technical issues and generating creative solutions.
• Proven capability in addressing production issues by troubleshooting applications and systems.
• Experience articulating technical challenges and solutions.
• Solid understanding of secure coding practices and fundamental security principles.
• Experience working with cloud technologies and tools.

Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, code, and test both complex tactical and strategic technical solutions across various technologies to integrate existing systems and tools while collaborating with Engineers or Architects within the team and beyond.
• Lead code and design reviews, communicating updates to stakeholders to ensure smooth daily operations and accurate planning.
• Develop intricate algorithms to address business needs.
• Investigate and resolve complex application and system technical problems and production issues, guiding troubleshooting for end-to-end solutions.
• Mentor and coach engineers on design, development, and system maintenance; review teammates' code.
• Influence and shape the future architecture and quality standards of your specific domain while understanding, identifying, and measuring across the entire solution.
• Identify system performance issues, including technical debt, and optimize solutions accordingly.
• Ensure risks related to business activities are thoroughly identified, measured, monitored, and controlled in line with risk and compliance policies and procedures.
