• Experience in implementation, configuration and maintenance of the ServiceNow Platform
• Experience with configuration and maintenance of
  • Catalog Items
  • Workflows
  • Catalog Client Scripts
  • Catalog UI Policies
  • Order Guides
  • Form and List Layouts
• Strong communication skills both written and verbal
• Strong organization skills as well as high attention to details
• Ability to work well on a team
• DUTIES:
  • Responsible for working with a team to configure and unit test stories as assigned by a project manager
  • Communicate and work with other team members as necessary
  • Configure Catalog Items, Workflows, and other related items as necessary
