Salary: $114,080 - 218,030 per year Requirements:

• A Bachelor's Degree or an equivalent of 4 additional years of experience in lieu of a degree.
• A minimum of 6 years in software development, showcasing a deep technical understanding in specific disciplines or technologies.
• At least 4 years of experience delivering technology solutions through all phases of the software systems and application development lifecycle, with experience leading code/design reviews.
• Basic understanding of one or more of the following: Java, Swift, Objective-C, Cobol, JavaScript, Kotlin, C++, HTML, CSS, SQL, Go, and Python.
• Proven ability to research technical issues and propose creative, innovative solutions.
• Experience in addressing production issues through application and system troubleshooting.
• Ability to communicate technical challenges and solutions effectively.
• Solid understanding of secure coding practices and system security fundamentals.
• Proven experience with cloud technologies and associated tools.

• Design, develop, code, and test a variety of complex tactical and strategic tech solutions, collaborating with Engineers or Architects both within your team and across departments.
• Lead code and design reviews and keep stakeholders updated to maintain seamless daily operations and accurate planning.
• Develop intricate algorithms to meet business needs.
• Troubleshoot and resolve complex application and system issues by directing resolution efforts on end-to-end solutions.
• Mentor and coach engineers in system design, development, and maintenance, and review their code for quality assurance.
• Influence and shape the future architectural practices and quality standards of your domain, ensuring that risks associated with business activities are thoroughly identified, measured, monitored, and controlled in line with our risk and compliance regulations.
