What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Participate in Oracle Financials implementation and guide the team in design decisions
- Collaborate with accounting and finance teams to enable new features within Oracle EPM and other financial systems
- Drive alignment among cross-functional stakeholders for solution design
- Document and manage testing and approvals for system changes
- Support finance teams in providing data for internal and SOX audits

What is Required (Qualifications):
- 7+ years of relevant work experience with Oracle ERP Financial applications and other finance systems
- Experience in implementing and supporting EPM systems like Oracle EPM Suite
- Strong written and verbal communication skills for interfacing with all levels within the organization
- Outstanding change management skills to lead teams through transitions
- Bachelor's Degree in Accounting or Finance preferred

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience with Slack, Apple MacOS, and GSuite
- Detail-oriented and highly analytical with strong problem-solving skills
- Self-motivated and attentive, with a proven ability to follow through on tasks
