My client, founded in the early 1900s, is a well-established construction firm based in Indianapolis with projects spanning over 19 states, specializing in medical office buildings. They also handle tenant improvements, maintenance work, and bank branches, fostering a culture built on integrity, professionalism, communication, teamwork, and a fun, upbeat environment-focused on finding the right cultural fit.

Job Description
  • Review drawings and understand full project scope
  • Perform bidding, minor estimating, and project pricing
  • Develop and manage project schedules while ensuring QA/QC on-site
  • Collaborate closely with field teams and maintain a strong on-site presence
  • Communicate effectively and represent the company professionally with clients
  • Support business development efforts and seek opportunities for growth

The Successful Applicant
  • Willingness to be in the field and actively engage with project teams
  • Ability to read and interpret construction drawings
  • Experience with project scheduling and coordination
  • Professional, client-facing demeanor with strong communication skills
  • Proactive attitude-takes initiative and seeks opportunities to add value
  • Understanding of the construction business and client needs, with the ability to identify new opportunities for services
  • Project experience preferred (medical, tenant improvement, or similar)
  • Proficient in Procore
