We are looking for a Senior Commercial Lender in San Francisco, CA .
Essential Functions:
Responsible for generating and servicing a wide variety of commercial loans, including the most complex, large, difficult, and sensitive credits.
Aggressively seeks and obtains quality new business through client and prospect calls, referrals, and cross selling efforts.
Responsible for developing strong, low risk commercial relationships while maintaining quality customer service.
Acts as the principal account and relationship manager for new and existing clients.
Develops, generates and follows-up on new client leads through existing clients and referrals from other bank departments.
Calls on existing relationships to review portfolios and makes recommendations as needed.
Responsible for sales, credit analysis, proper loan structuring, client interviewing, and perceptive character judgment.
Responsible for monitoring credit performance and ensures compliance with all related regulations, laws, etc.
Responsible for building and maintaining relationships, with a resulting high degree of customer satisfaction.
Cross sell other bank products.
Other duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
Requires a Bachelor's and 10+ years' experience with commercial lending, credit, underwriting, or 12+ years other directly related experience. A combination of education and experience may meet the requirements.
Requires skills and experience in applicant interviewing and perceptive character judgment, loan structuring, credit analysis, and monitoring credit performance.
Subject matter expert knowledge of commercial loans, credit analysis, lending, loan processing and closing processes.
Ability to expand commercial loans, client relationships and cross sell bank products.
Requires exceptional sales ability.
Expert experience in applicant interviewing and perceptive character judgment skills.
Ability to structure loans and monitor credit performance.
Must have exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.
Working knowledge of software applications, including word processing and spreadsheets.
Manages the most high-risk, complex, and large commercial portfolios.
Applies advanced principles, theories, and concepts.
Contributes to the development of innovative principles and ideas.

This position is eligible to earn a base salary in the range of $208,000 - $255,000annually depending on job-related factors such as level of experience.
