Insight Global is hiring multiple (Junior to Senior level) Cleared Salesforce Scrum Masters and Business Analysts to support a DoD Program in Martinsburg West Virginia. The selected candidates will work onsite five days a week. We are seeking multiple skilled Salesforce Business Analyst or Scrum Master to support our Salesforce initiatives across Sales, Service, and Marketing Clouds. Depending on the candidates area of expertise, this role will either focus on gathering and translating business requirements into scalable Salesforce solutions (BA) or leading agile teams to deliver Salesforce enhancements and projects (Scrum Master). The ideal candidate will have knowledge of Salesforce capabilities, strong communication skills, and a passion for driving business value through technology. Key Responsibilities (Business Analyst): Collaborate with stakeholders to gather, analyze, and document business requirements.
Translate business needs into functional specifications and user stories.
Work closely with Salesforce developers and admins to design and validate solutions.
Conduct gap analyses and propose system enhancements.
Support UAT, training, and change management activities.
Maintain documentation and ensure alignment with Salesforce best practices. Key Responsibilities (Scrum Master): Facilitate Agile ceremonies including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, retrospectives, and demos.
Coach the team on Agile principles and Salesforce delivery best practices.
Remove impediments and foster a collaborative team environment.
Track sprint progress, velocity, and delivery metrics.
Coordinate with Product Owners and stakeholders to ensure backlog readiness.
Promote continuous improvement and agile maturity across the team. Required Qualifications: Active DoD Secret Clearance or DHS Public Trust
Ability to work onsite 5 days a week
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Systems, or related field.
3+ years of experience as a Business Analyst or Scrum Master; with at least one project supporting Salesforce platforms.
Strong understanding of Salesforce data model, workflows, automation, and overall capabilities.
Excellent communication, documentation, and stakeholder management skills.
Experience with Agile tools (e.g., Jira, Azure DevOps, Rally). Preferred Qualifications: Salesforce certifications (e.g., Admin, Business Analyst, Platform App Builder).
Certified Scrum Master (CSM) or equivalent Agile certification.
Experience with Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, or Marketing Cloud.
Familiarity with Salesforce Lightning, Flows, and integrations.
Experience in industries such as healthcare, finance, or education. Insight Global is hiring multiple candidates for this role so exact salaries will vary based on candidates level of experience, expertise and clearance level; but we anticipate paying 100K - 135K for these openings.
