The Sales Manager drives the performance of the sales business while creating an inviting atmosphere for customers and employees. Responsibilities include directing new vehicle sales activities, ensuring high customer service, planning and achieving sales targets, ordering inventory, recruiting and managing sales staff, supporting client relationships, driving retention efforts, marketing strategies, scheduling, fostering relations with service teams, reviewing sales deal accuracy, and performing other duties as assigned. Requirements include 5+ years of Automotive Sales Manager experience, preferably highline experience, people-oriented with a positive personality, self-motivated with a growth mindset, desire to coach and train, and strong communication skills. Total target compensation ranges from $150,000 to $200,000 annually DOE plus potential year-end bonus up to $50,000.
