Position Overview:
We are seeking a motivated and knowledgeable Sales Estimator who can confidently walk into a home, assess painting needs, and close the deal with integrity and professionalism. This is a 100% commission-based role (6%) , ideal for someone who understands the painting industry and wants the freedom to earn based on performance.

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Conducting on-site painting estimates for residential and commercial projects

• Listening to homeowner needs and educating them on the best painting solutions

• Preparing and presenting clear, accurate proposals (training provided on systems)

• Following up with leads and guiding them through our smooth sales process

• Collaborating with our project management team to ensure successful handoffs

• Participating in ongoing sales training and team calls to sharpen your skills

You’re a Good Fit If You:

• Have 2+ years of experience in residential or commercial painting sales (or related industry)

• Understand prep work, coatings, materials, and estimating basics

• Are a confident communicator who can build trust and urgency naturally

• Are self-motivated, organized, and able to manage your own schedule

• Thrive in a fast-paced environment where performance = pay

• Love helping homeowners get excited about their space again

Bonus Points If You:

• Have experience estimating for cabinets, interior, and exterior repaints

• Have used CRM tools like Monday.com or GoHighLevel
