Position Overview:
We are seeking a motivated and knowledgeable Sales Estimator who can confidently walk into a home, assess painting needs, and close the deal with integrity and professionalism. This is a 100% commission-based role (6%) , ideal for someone who understands the painting industry and wants the freedom to earn based on performance.
What You’ll Be Doing:
Conducting on-site painting estimates for residential and commercial projects
Listening to homeowner needs and educating them on the best painting solutions
Preparing and presenting clear, accurate proposals (training provided on systems)
Following up with leads and guiding them through our smooth sales process
Collaborating with our project management team to ensure successful handoffs
Participating in ongoing sales training and team calls to sharpen your skills
What We Offer:
Straight 6% Commission on all closed deals (no cap)

You’re a Good Fit If You:
Have 2+ years of experience in residential or commercial painting sales (or related industry)
Understand prep work, coatings, materials, and estimating basics
Are a confident communicator who can build trust and urgency naturally
Are self-motivated, organized, and able to manage your own schedule
Thrive in a fast-paced environment where performance = pay
Love helping homeowners get excited about their space again
Bonus Points If You:
Have experience estimating for cabinets, interior, and exterior repaints
Have used CRM tools like Monday.com or GoHighLevel
