Job Summary: Pinnacle RV is seeking a highly motivated and experienced RV Sales guide to join our sales department in Hudson Oaks, Texas. The ideal candidate will be responsible for day-to-day sales and ensuring customer satisfaction. The role requires excellent communication skills, organizational skills, customer-centric mindset, and the ability to drive continuous improvement. Key Responsibilities: Essential Duties:Sales and customer satisfaction focused mindset Follow-up with buyers to ensure successful referral business;Report directly to the Sales Manager regarding objectives, planned activities, reviews, and analyses;Perform high-quality, professional demonstrations of new/used vehicles;Learn to overcome objections and thrive within sales situations;Exhibit consultative selling skills. Assist customers in selecting a vehicle by asking questions and listening carefully to their responses.Ready to waste no time on learning new product ins and outs, eager to improve;Phenomenal communication skills with customers and team members;Professional, well-groomed personal appearance;Self-starter mentality and ambitious spirit preferred;Valid drivers license and clean driving record. Customer Service Excellence: Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction by maintaining effective communication, resolving issues promptly, and ensuring all service work is completed with the highest level of quality. Interact with customers to ensure satisfaction. Compliance and Safety: Ensure all service department activities comply with company policies, industry standards, and safety regulations Qualifications: Experience: Minimum of 2 years experience in a sales role, preferably in the RV, automotive, powersports, or marine industry Education: HS Diploma
