Hours: 40 hours/week | Core hours: 7 AM – 7 PM CST (Flexible start between 6 AM – 8 AM CST)
Systems: EPIC, 3M | Communication via Microsoft Teams
Overview:
We're seeking experienced Rural Health Coders to support a high-volume rural clinic in Iowa. This role is 100% remote but candidates must reside in Iowa. Coders will be responsible for reviewing and coding 100% of provider-reviewed charts—no auditing or education responsibilities involved.
