Job Description

**Job Summary:**
We are seeking a reliable and dedicated individual to join our Ski Patrol team as an R.O. Ski Patrol member. The primary responsibility of this role is to ensure the safety of guests, respond to emergencies, and provide assistance on the slopes.

**Qualifications:**
- Current certification in Outdoor Emergency Care (OEC), Emergency Medical Technician (EMT), or equivalent
- Strong skiing abilities with knowledge of mountain safety practices
- Excellent communication skills to interact effectively with guests and team members
- Ability to work in varying weather conditions and handle stressful situations calmly

**Responsibilities:**
- Patrol designated ski areas to monitor and address any safety hazards
- Respond to accidents, provide first aid, and transport injured guests as necessary
- Assist with lift evacuations and mountain closures when required
- Collaborate with other Ski Patrol members and resort staff to ensure a safe environment for all guests

**Additional Requirements:**
- Willingness to work weekends, holidays, and irregular hours
- Physical capability to ski and carry out rescue operations in mountain terrain
- Previous experience in ski patrol or a related emergency response field is a plus
