We are currently seeking a Property Manager in the Jacksonville area to join our expanding team! Assisted by the dedicated Operation Support Group, this person will help plan and facilitate all Property Management-related activities within their assigned portfolio.

About the Role

As a Residential Property Manager , you'll oversee a portfolio of single-family homes and ensure a positive experience for owners and tenants alike. You’ll manage lease-ups, renewals, inspections, and drive portfolio growth through new business development. This role starts in-office for onboarding and training, with the flexibility to work remotely after initial ramp-up. You must reside in the Jacksonville area for periodic site visits and inspections.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage a portfolio of rental homes: lease-ups, renewals, inspections, and tenant relations.

  • Conduct move-in/move-out visual inspections and document property conditions.

  • Oversee repair requests and collaborate with the maintenance team.

  • Serve as the primary liaison between tenants, owners, and vendors.

  • Grow your portfolio by securing new property management contracts.

  • Use sound marketing strategies to reduce vacancy and increase profitability.

  • Maintain compliance with contracts, leases, and local regulations.

Compensation & Perks

Base Salary : $2,500/month + Bonuses & Commissions

  • Access to company resources, support staff & systems

Remote Transition :

  • Start in-office for onboarding/training period

  • Opportunity to Work from home with periodic field responsibilities (must live in territory)

What We're Looking For

  • Active Florida Real Estate Sales License

  • Experience in property management or a related field

  • Familiarity with lease agreements and landlord-tenant laws

  • Strong interpersonal skills – can build rapport with owners and residents

  • Highly organized with the ability to multitask and prioritize

  • Tech-savvy and comfortable with property management software

  • Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus, but not required
