A highly successful privately owned full service real estate development company located in Los Angeles’ Westside is looking for an experienced regional property manager to join their team. We are seeking a highly energetic, self-motivated, self-starting individual, to oversee both self-managed and third-party managed properties. This position reports directly to the Executive Vice President.

Skills Required

• RealPage software knowledge a must
• Must understand real estate terminology and process (Marketing, Leasing, Tenant Relations, Some accounting practices, Rent Collections, Unlawful detainer process, MUST HAVE Commercial and Residential PROPERTY MANAGEMENT Experience , Service Contracts/Vendor Relations and Maintenance
• Excellent oral and written communication skills
• Provable negotiating skills (i.e. vendor contracts)
• Detail oriented personality that completes tasks
• Ability to oversee and manage on-site personnel and third party management company
• Ability to survey and prepare market rent and sales analysis
• Some collection experience a plus
• Microsoft Office
• Decision making ability

Background Desired

• Bachelor's degree required
• Property management experience required
• West LA and South Bay based a major plus
• Some construction management background a plus
• 5-7 years' PROPERTY MANAGEMENT experience
