We hire exceptional people, and every one of them is empowered to think independently, take initiative, and be innovative.Duties & Responsibilities:Answering and directing incoming calls to the appropriate party.Scheduling appointments for potential and current clients.Scanning and organizing all incoming mail and faxes in the case management system.Welcoming and assisting office guests.Managing and replenishing office supplies.Maintaining cleanliness and organization of the reception area and conference rooms.Creating new client files in the electronic case management system.Performing various administrative tasks as needed.Qualifications:Relevant experience in a receptionist role preferred.Fluency in Spanish is a plus.
