Job Description

The Quality Technician – Engine Components:

• Is responsible for inspecting, evaluating, and supporting the repair and rework of disassembled engine components in accordance with FAA, AS9100, and internal quality standards. 
• This position plays a critical role in off-wing maintenance processes by ensuring parts meet all specifications before reassembly or final disposition. 
• The technician will work closely with operations involving thermal spray, welding,
• and other specialized repair processes.
• Contribute to process-oriented quality improvements by identifying trends or recurring issues and participating in root cause analysis.
• Ensure compliance with FAA, EASA, AS9100, and other regulatory guidelines applicable to component maintenance and off-wing repair.
