Title: Site QA/QC Manager

Location: Utah

Duration: Direct hire

Salary : $140,000 - $160,000

Per Diem: Yes, available

Work Schedule: 50 hours per week

Responsibilities:

• Implement the requirements of the Quality Management System.
• Act as a direct point of contact with the Client and hold authority to handle QA/QC issues.
• Assess Inspection and Test Plans and Procedures, coordinating with the Construction Manager and Method Statements.
• Ensure that all installations adhere to contract specifications and approved submittals.
• Perform inspections and tests at various stages of the process in line with Quality Plan and Contract requirements.
• Work with Construction Managers to enforce Quality System requirements and conduct Internal Quality Audits.
• Issue Non-Conformance Reports when needed and ensure thorough review.
• Guarantee availability of pertinent documents like Quality System copies, QA/QC procedures, and Codes and Standards on-site.
• Supervise the implementation of corrective and preventive actions for product and system non-conformances.
• Identify and coordinate quality-related training sessions.
• Manage inspection, measuring, and test equipment as per Contractor's Quality System Procedure.
• Oversee the testing laboratory and its technicians.
• Monitor Sub-contractor performance to uphold quality standards.

Requirements

• 10+ years of QA/QC experience in industrial construction environment, preferably in utility / substation construction
• EPC contractor experience preferred.
