What You'll Do Release Management Coordinate release planning across dev, staging, and prod Manage Git branching, versioning, and CI/CD workflows Own the cadence of software deployments-no surprises Quality Assurance Design and maintain automated/manual test strategies Run full-stack tests: AI workflows, APIs, integrations Establish testing benchmarks and QA metrics Cross-Team Collab Work hand-in-hand with Product, Dev, and DevOps Drive clear communication before, during, and after releases Join incident reviews, retros, and help improve continuously What We're Looking For Required: 2-3 years in QA, DevOps, or Release Management Experience with CI/CD pipelines (like Azure DevOps, GitHub, AWS, etc.) Jira/Confluence fluency Experience with Linux Technology-savvy: metadata API, change sets, scratch orgs = a plus Sharp eye for bugs, strong sense of ownership Nice-to-have: experience with AI/ML-driven applications Why Entratus Remote-first, async-friendly team culture Help shape products that use AI to solve real enterprise pain Work with a lean, senior team and take ownership from day one Great flexibility, meaningful work, and room to grow Join our team!
