This role is responsible for ensuring the highest standards of service quality through detailed call monitoring, reporting, and trend analysis. The Quality Assurance Analyst will engage with both internal teams and external clients to evaluate performance, identify improvement opportunities, and support quality initiatives. You will participate in calibration sessions, assist with service improvement projects, and provide on-site leadership support as needed. The role requires strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment. Occasional travel may be required to support business needs.
