Premier Restoration & Construction isn’t just hiring sales reps — we’re looking for serious project managers who know how to hustle, close, and build. This is a  commission-based role for experienced professionals who want full ownership of their pipeline, their projects, and their paycheck.

If you’ve worked in roofing, solar, or other commission-only sales, you already know the deal: knock on doors, win contracts, manage the build, and cash the checks. We’ll give you training, tools, and  open-book transparency , but we’re not here to hold hands. We want  self-starters ,  closers , and people who don’t make excuses.

This isn’t a 9-to-5. It’s  freedom with responsibility — if you’re driven, organized, and money-motivated, there’s no ceiling. You can make $250K easy, $600K if you’re elite. If you’re the type to sit back and wait for leads? This won’t work. But if you’re ready to  go all-in , we’ve built the platform to back you.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

Responsibilities

• Sell and manage residential & commercial roofing restoration projects
• Handle contracts, documentation, and insurance claim coordination
• Maintain strong customer relationships and deliver 5-star service
• Coordinate crews, suppliers, and job progress from start to finish
• Conduct roof inspections and job site visits using tools like CompanyCam
• Track project details, timelines, and budgets in CRM

Requirements

• Proven experience in construction or roofing sales
• Must be financially motivated and entrepreneurial
• Own reliable transportation that can carry a ladder
• Comfortable getting on roofs and canvassing neighborhoods
• Excellent time management and communication skills
• Must have or be able to establish an LLC
• Commission-only mindset: no guarantees, just massive opportunity

Employment Type:

1099 Independent Contractor

Salary (or Range of Salary):

Commission-based. Top performers average $250,000+ annually. Typical commission per job: $5,000. Top earners have made over $600,000 in one season.

Compensation Package:

• Uncapped commission (Up to 60% / 40% split)
• $5,000  Performance Bonus for selling 10 completed projects in 3 months
• Monthly and seasonal performance bonuses (Cash, review-based)
• Lead generation support provided to top closers
• Company-provided training videos, CRM access, and sales materials
• Open-book policy: full visibility into project costs and commissions

Job Requirements:

• Must have own vehicle and ladder
• Must be willing to canvass neighborhoods
• Must be able to manage client relationships, insurance claims, and subcontractors
• Must have strong follow-through from sale to project completion

Experience Level:

• Required: 2+ years in sales (preferably roofing, solar, windows, or related industry)
• Preferred: Proven high-earners and past commission-only performers

Work Schedule:

• Flexible, field-based schedule
• Full-time commitment recommended (30–50+ hours per week)
• Expect longer hours during peak storm season

Job Type: Contract

Pay: From $150,000.00 per year

Compensation Package:

• 1099 contract
• Performance bonus

Schedule:

• 8 hour shift
• Work Location: On the road in Colorado
